About the Author
Hi, my name is Leslie.
When I returned to work after having my second, I experienced severe burnout. It was a long journey for me to become a Mom. I am so grateful for my children, yet it's been an emotional struggle to make time or give myself permission for self-care.
I have spent the past 4 years researching the why's behind the stress and how to flourish through the extraordinary juggle. I'm still a work-in-progress. It's been wonderful to connect with amazing people sharing this journey.
There are so many resources to help with parenting questions. Little is dedicated to helping us flourish.
Our wellbeing is vital. The Mom's Hierarchy of Needs is all about the complicated path to get there.
