It’s not a surprise that our mental health is suffering during this pandemic. Our work lives, home lives and everything in between has been disrupted. Most of us are working — whether our jobs, businesses, households or families — without any breaks. And the uncertainty of living life on ‘high alert’ has become draining for everyone.
Over 1,200 parents have participated in our pandemic study. They’ve cited managing mental health for themselves or their kids as either the most difficult challenge or where they need support for their wellbeing or productivity. Dr. Nicole B. and I discussed the mental health impact of the pandemic and she shared incredible advice to help alleviate stress and incorporate self-care back into your routine.
