Ok, I avoid watching (obsessing) in front of the news all day but we all see it. We’re flooded with information about Covid-19 and despite how pervasive news is weighing the pro’s and con’s of living every day life, from sending our kids to school to going to the grocery store, is challenging.
We are exhausted. And for many of us, the last thing on our minds is self-care. But the coronavirus isn’t going away quickly and protecting our stamina, health and energy, is more important than ever. I love this quote by @reginaobrientorchio because it underscores the strong connection between body and mind. Whether it’s an intense workout or a 5 minute meditation, make the time, you will feel better for it.
