Working Moms have always faced an uphill battle.
We are expected to meet the same goals as our male counterparts while also carrying the majority of the mental load of family and household responsibilities.
This pandemic has shed a bigger spotlight on the fact that working moms still are not getting the necessary support. We are being buried under the pressures of work, household responsibilities and homeschooling without childcare.
Companies need to readjust their framework because this is not sustainable!
Over the past few months I have been surveying moms (and dads) about how life has changed during social distancing and so far close to 400 parents have responded.
Visit momshierarchyofneeds.com to read my latest post, “Help Is Not On the Way (And It’s Not Going Well)”. In it, I share the latest results from the survey as well as some candid responses from moms about how they are really doing. If you would like to participate in the survey, click the link in the bio.
Results from this study will be used to advocate better support for parents.
