So a quick note about the power of positive thinking, I’m pushing past the fact that I’m done with dinner an hour late, the kids still need a bath, I have butter for cookies getting way too soft on the counter & the Christmas tree is half-trimmed. I am choosing to focus instead on having made a great meal that will serve us 1 or 2 more times this week.
