We’ve now surveyed over 2,000 parents, mostly Moms (97%) since the pandemic began and share the same concerns. They have overwhelmingly managed increased household and childcare responsibilities, while maintaining intense work schedules.
Unfortunately, it’s often at the expense of selfcare, mental wellbeing and relationships. Trying to navigate the complexities of the pandemic and caregiving, many women have left the workforce altogether. However, the crisis has given rise to increased work/life support from many organizations.
