It was never easy to fit parenthood and work together before. But Covid has erased work/life separation for most caregivers. And we can’t work in the same way as we did pre-pandemic.
The good news? No one can. There’s an opportunity to pause, rethink and reinvent how the work gets done. In a global recession few people will admit the difficulty of managing work and life with their children at home. Let’s open the communications between managers and employees and revisit how we measure productivity.
