Who doesn’t appreciate the fun of a holiday that celebrates all things love? We pour a lot of love into our families, friends and even our communities. We are inevitably dialing into that desire to give but sometimes, it’s at the expense of our own health and well-being.
Do all the things you need to do for your mental and emotional health. Maybe that includes therapy, spending more time with friends or alone. Whatever ‘it’ is that you need, remember yourself every day.
