It’s the end of the week and you hear that dreaded question, “What’s for dinner?”
Instead of stressing out or ordering a delivery you’re really not in the mood for, make some quick, easy and healthy quesadillas. I used leftover roasted chicken but it’s easy to get creative and use any ingredients you already have available!
You can even let your little ones help make them (which is messy but fun.) These are a crowd pleaser in my home, super-quick to pull together and a great way to sneak in some healthy veggies into your children’s diet. Enjoy!
