Once your baby arrives you soon find all that “free time” you once had before, has now been replaced with extra loads of laundry and appointments.
It can be overwhelming to adjust to the new normal, and that is why it’s so important to keep self-care in the mix.
Your workouts now might look like pushups on the bedroom floor or a 20-minute walk, rather than an hour at the gym, but it’s important for your mental and physical health to have that time for yourself however you chose to use it. Don’t let your self-care slip away.
