We develop habits influenced by our thoughts and feelings. Some of these patterns develop pretty early in life and stay with us. Even when they no longer serve us. Even when we really want to upgrade them.
So how do we escape those negative thought patterns? I recently read “Pathways to Possibility” by Rosamund Stone Zander. In it, she talks about actionable steps that we can take to rewire our thinking and create positive change in our relationships and lives.
