Throughout the course of the pandemic we have surveyed over 2,000 parents, mostly Moms (97%), and many of them have shared similar struggles. Despite the “flexibility” of working from home, they are feeling more overwhelmed than ever before.
If the workload and deadlines haven’t changed, but employees are pulling longer hours caring for children and managing household responsibilities, then ‘working from home’ feels like a trap. Many are working more hours and have less time for self-care or rest.
