It was never easy to fit parenthood and work together before. But Covid has erased work/life separation for most caregivers. And we can’t work in the same way as we did pre-pandemic.
The good news? No one can. There’s an opportunity to pause, rethink and reinvent how the work gets done. In a global recession few people will admit the difficulty of managing work and life with their children at home.
