Precious time is being consumed with new logistics, family dynamics, routines, and safety protocols. It’s okay if it’s not the same, just don’t give up on your self-care at a time when our resilience is being tested. Patience, a few adjustments, and a lot of self-compassion may be what’s needed. 🙂
