Join us for the Self-Love Summit! Go beyond self-care and straight to self-love!
Moms spend more time on childcare and paid work than any previous generation. This has often meant less self-care including: sleep, health routines and time spent with other adults.
Self-care is more than a set of activities, it’s everything we do to improve our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Join us for a lively panel discussion with our Supermom mind/body experts to learn about:
- Why self-care, despite its importance, is increasingly avoided by overwhelmed Moms
- How to let go of the guilt which can hold us back from taking care of ourselves
- How to notice and address feelings of overwhelm, burnout and stress
- Innovations, trends and developments in women’s health
The event is free to attend, but space is limited so please register today!
March 1st, from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at Benefitness, 87 HARVARD STREET, BROOKLINE, MA 02445. Refreshments, including wine, cheese and charcuterie from Curds & Co, will be served.
Meet the Panelists!
