Rock solid research, rituals and resources to increase self-care and growth for moms

We provide Moms with products, research and community, to reclaim time from the never-done list for their wellbeing.

Self Care Isn't Optional

So, how can we make the time for it a priority?

Women are 2x more likely than men to have an anxiety disorder.

About twice as many more women than men experience depression.

In our pandemic study, 86% of Moms cite doing ‘terribly’ or ‘not as well as usual’ at self-care.

According to McKinsey & Lean In, the burnout gap between men and women almost doubled.

Nearly 80% of autoimmune disease suffers are women.

You can fit self-care into your daily routine

It doesn’t have to be perfect to be effective.

  • Prioritize your needs FOR your family NOT instead of your family.
  • Get out of the mom-guilt mindset that keeps you from enjoying restorative self-care.
  • Keep your body and mind active.
  • Find the time and energy, with lots of support, to keep learning and grow personally and professionally.
  • Upgrade how you show up and feel in your career.

Why Choose Us?

Our membership is the fraction of the cost of most expert workshops, courses, or group programs focused on health and personal development. These programs are often taught by people who haven’t navigated professional or personal growth as a hands-on, busy parent.

If you have a therapist or coach you work with, this will complement the investment because we’ll help you make the time for it. For less than the cost of a mani-pedi each month, get the type of expert advice, resources and live support, in a way that works for real life as a beyond busy mom.
