Self-care = self-preservation. I know, many of you don’t feel like there’s time for it. But guess what, without it, you and your family suffer. And it doesn’t have to be another ‘to do’ for the list. Self-care is everything we do for our mental, emotional and physical health. And what it means and how it works needs to be personalized in a way that makes sense for you and your life.
