10 Pushups (Plus variations to amp things up if you’re ready for more challenge)
10 Bent Rows
Bent row, can be done with or without a prop! Lift slowly 10 times.
10 Bent Rows (Alternative with weights…ahem, a jug)
10 Crunches
10 Wall Squats
10 Hamstring/glute squeezes
10 Tricep dips
10 Lateral Pulls With Rubber Band
10 Leg Lifts
