Although Moms are adaptive, time-bending-genies, almost half of the women in the workforce are burned out (46%) or tuned out. When asked, ‘Is your employer doing anything that adds unnecessary stress?’ surveyed Moms were candid about challenges they are facing and what actions they would like to see from leadership.
